Where is the student data stored?

All of the application data is stored in the roster folder, which is typically called Notebook Press.

On a Mac OS X system, this folder is normally found at:
/Library/Application Support/Notebook Press

On computer running Microsoft Windows, this folder is normally found at:
C:\Program Files\Notebook Press

To find this folder on your system, open the preferences dialog by selecting the Preferences... menu item.

You may change this path to place the folder elsewhere on the system or in some other directory accessed across your local network. This is usually done to allow users on multiple computers to share a common roster file and license key.
