How can I move a student to a different roster?

To move a student from one classroom to another, open the Finder or directory view to the roster folder. (Here is how to find the roster folder.)

All of the roster and student progress data is stored in this folder. Within the roster folder is a subfolder called Teachers. Open that folder and you will see a folder for each teacher. Each student has file in their teacher's folder. To move a student from one classroom to another, just drag their file from the folder of their previous teacher to the folder of their new teacher.
